For the past 15 years, I have worked directly within school settings alongside students, educators, and caregivers. That experience offered an invaluable, firsthand look at the real-world pressures modern youth face, from academic anxiety and social dynamics to emotional dysregulation and executive functioning challenges. Throughout my time in schools, one core truth became clear: the single most powerful factor in a child’s long-term well-being is a supported, equipped, and confident parent.
Sustainable change happens within the family system; therefore, my practice focuses on providing dedicated parent coaching and therapy. I will partner directly with parents to understand their child’s emotional and behavioral needs, reduce household conflict, and restore a sense of calm and connection in the home.
Core areas of focus in my practice include:
• Individual therapy with children and adolescents
• Parent Coaching: Providing practical frameworks to manage behavioral struggles, set effective boundaries, improve communication, and navigate developmental transitions.
• Therapeutic Support for Parents: Creating a safe space to process the stress, exhaustion, and personal triggers that often accompany parenting.
• School Dynamics & Advocacy Guidance: Leveraging my 15 years of internal school experience to help you effectively advocate for your child’s academic, social, and emotional needs.
